Hose is Lead Safe - Complies with Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act

This hose is designed for standard household water use and is safer than traditional water hoses based on the type of materials it is made from. The hose can safely handle water temperatures as warm as most mothers would prefer during a water birth (around 100–104 °F). Concerns with this hose breaking down and leaching materials would only be present at temperatures of 120°F or more, which would be too hot for a water birth situation and would also be too hot for a plastic inflatable pool.
